class descriptions

Hatha with Alina
This class ia a Hatha Yoga practice where we attempt to coordinate movement with breath. In this class we will be working on the three physical aspects of yoga - Flexibility, Strength & Balance.
The main focus is on the asana - the yoga postures, however we will explore our inner well-being including mental strength, flexibility (agility) and balance (calm).

No previous yoga experience required.
Hatha with Mariana
A gentle but powerful class focusing on slowly flowing from pose to pose. Postures are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full body relaxation and balance are some of the goals of this class.
Beginner Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Mariska
Yoga is all about keeping it real and keeping it simple so let's take it back to basics with some grounding techniques, energy and breath awareness, joint health, sun salutations & Yoga Nidra/relaxation.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a powerful meditation technique. It is a very simple practice and accessible to everyone. It offers you deep rest, releases tension, improves the quality of sleep and reduces anxiety.
